1. Acceptance of These Terms
These Terms of Use ("Terms") form an agreement between you and Cousins Trading LLC ("Taleora," "we," "us," or "our") governing use of the Taleora Android application, website, video content, and related support services (collectively, the "Services").
By accessing or using the Services, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Services. Additional terms presented for an optional feature or transaction also apply to that feature or transaction.
2. Eligibility and Parental Permission
You must meet the minimum age required to use an online service in your location. If you are under the age of legal majority, you may use the Services only with permission and supervision from a parent or legal guardian who agrees to these Terms on your behalf. Some drama content may not be appropriate for all audiences.
3. Accounts and Optional Features
Available features depend on the app version and region. If your version offers an account, you agree to provide accurate information, maintain control of the account, and promptly report suspected unauthorized access. You may not sell, transfer, or impersonate another person through an account.
If an account feature is available, deleting the app does not by itself delete the account. Use the available in-app method or visit our account and data deletion page.
4. Description of the Services
Taleora provides access to vertical short-form drama series and related entertainment content. Content, availability, supported devices, and features may vary by region, version, licensing arrangements, and time.
An app version may offer optional accounts, downloads, advertising, one-time purchases, virtual items, or recurring subscriptions. The applicable interface will describe the feature, price, provider, material terms, and choices before you use or purchase it.
5. Limited Content License
Subject to these Terms, Taleora grants you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, and revocable license to stream and, where offered, temporarily download content through the Services for private, non-commercial viewing.
You must not record, copy, redistribute, sell, publicly perform, broadcast, scrape, reverse engineer, or circumvent access, security, geographic, payment, or content-protection controls, except where applicable law expressly permits an activity despite this restriction.
6. Optional Purchases and Subscriptions
If Taleora offers a paid product or recurring subscription, the authorized purchase interface identifies the product, price, currency, billing period, payment provider, renewal terms, and any trial or introductory offer before purchase. The provider processes payment credentials under its own terms.
A recurring purchase renews only as disclosed at checkout. Manage or cancel it through the provider used for the transaction. Uninstalling the app or deleting an optional account does not cancel a provider-managed recurring purchase.
7. Optional Virtual Items
If an app version offers virtual items, the item name, permitted use, price, and any material limits will be shown before acquisition. Virtual items are licensed only for supported in-app functionality, have no cash value outside Taleora, and may not be transferred or sold unless the app expressly permits it. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.
8. Refunds
Refund eligibility depends on applicable law and the rules of the payment provider identified in the purchase record. Submit a provider-processed refund through that provider. See the Refund and Cancellation Policy or contact support if a completed charge did not deliver the stated benefit.
9. Advertising and Third-Party Promotions
If an app version includes advertising, the app will provide notices and choices required by applicable law. Third-party advertisements or links may lead to services Taleora does not control. Your dealings with those third parties are governed by their own terms and privacy policies.
10. User Conduct
You agree not to use the Services unlawfully; disrupt or overload them; attempt unauthorized access; submit malicious code; manipulate views, optional rewards, transactions, or engagement; make fraudulent claims; or infringe another person’s intellectual-property, privacy, publicity, or other rights.
11. Third-Party Platforms and Services
The Services may depend on distribution, hosting, content-delivery, security, support, and other providers. Optional features may use additional providers identified at the point of use. Third-party services have their own terms and policies, and Taleora does not control their independent outages, account actions, or policy decisions.
12. Updates, Availability, and Service Changes
We may update, suspend, change, or discontinue content or features for security, compatibility, licensing, legal, or operational reasons. We do not guarantee that every title or feature will remain available indefinitely or in every region. Where required, we will address active paid entitlements under applicable law and provider rules.
13. Suspension and Termination
You may stop using the Services at any time. We may restrict or terminate access where we reasonably believe these Terms were violated, fraud or abuse occurred, security or legal risk exists, or a platform provider, rights holder, or law requires it.
14. Intellectual Property
The Services, software, branding, and presentation are owned by Taleora or its licensors. Drama content and related artwork remain owned by the applicable rights holders. These Terms do not transfer ownership of any intellectual property.
15. Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains how information is handled in connection with the Services, including optional features where available.
16. Disclaimer of Warranties
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Services are provided "as is" and "as available." We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, compatibility with every device, or continued availability of particular content. Statutory warranties and consumer guarantees that cannot lawfully be excluded remain unaffected.
17. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Taleora and its affiliates, personnel, and licensors will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from use of or inability to use the Services. Nothing excludes liability or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
18. Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to the Service Provider, unless mandatory consumer law requires otherwise. Before filing a formal claim, you and Taleora agree to make a reasonable attempt to resolve the issue through the contact details below.
Subject to mandatory rights and jurisdiction rules, unresolved disputes may be submitted to a court with jurisdiction. These Terms do not require arbitration unless you separately and expressly agree to it where legally valid.
19. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms to reflect changes to the Services, providers, business practices, or law. The effective date above identifies the latest revision. Where required, we will provide notice before a material change takes effect.
20. General Provisions
If a provision is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain effective. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. Taleora may assign these Terms in connection with a merger, restructuring, financing, or transfer of the Services, subject to applicable law.
